Was asked to provide a catchy acronym for an elite action response team in times of crises and emergencies.

Suggested F.A.R.T : Fast Action Response Team.

methink not many will agree to adopt it tho.

Conflict Management & Resolution

Attended the above one-day course. Interesting, but most of the stuff are kinda "old news" if you have attended Steven Covey's 7 Habits. Earlier on in the morning this happened:

Lecturer: How many of you here had ever quarell with your husband or wife?
Silence. No one put up hands.
Lecturer: Come on, I'm sure some of you do have a tiff now and then with your spouse! Anyone?
Silence.
Lecturer: I quarelled with my wife now and then! (Room still quiet). I am the ONLY ONE ever quarelled with my wife? (lecturer give the unbelieving look, turned around and asked the nearest person). How about you?

Nearest Person: Ummm...NO...I had never quarelled with your wife.

Room erupted into boisterous laughter. Lecturer felt stupid but laugh along.

But Lecturer is good. Applied his knowledge on anger management very well througout the course.
