Yet another one in the seemingly endless stream of lightbulb jokes. And as those jokes go, not particularly a brilliant one either. But it strike some resonance of truth as far as what I am doing now. What does it takes to actually turn around a criminal into an honest law-abiding citizen? How much and at what cost? How long? In the end it is really up to them right? Deep down, if they are really willing to change.
