Stomach Flattening Program (Revisited)

My stomach is flat, tough and exhibit a well-toned six packs muscle. That was the target. Currently my stomach, or that middle part of my body is still a one-hill landscape that one sees when viewing Mount Everest from afar. Am convinced that Stomach Flattening Program needs to go into version2. Anyway, the fasting month is coming, and am looking forward to a period of forced starvation to flatten stomach. Okay, that was a wee bit drama. Not forced starvation, it is "enhanced discipline".

The main reason for such failure limited success is my inability to give up fried food and eating after 6pm. Yep. Them fried food...aaarrgh! A disgusting bit of info fer you: I separate skin from fried chicken just to eat 'em later individually!
