I am being sued.

For the life of me, I cannot ever recall imagining that one day somebody would want to sue me in court. But this is happening. A certain childcare took umbrage at a posting by one of the forum participants in an online forum I am hosting. Being a highly progressive member of this graceful Nation, she decided that the only way reputation can be redeemed and restored is via the cold litigation that the court can provide (and of course the dollar and cents that comes with the territory).

I am waiting for the Writ of Summons as they've indicated, quite insistently, that everyone involved (including me being the forum owner) will be hauled to court for justice. Quite insistently too have they append at every missive that transpired that NO APOLOGIES will be accepted.

People got sued by the bigwigs of politics and high powered conglomerates. I am being sued by a childcare centre.
