Today the office was hell. John and Eduard both away, so left me and Albert to handle all the incomings. Its like running up the beaches of Normandy with bullets zipping past by and bombs exploding here and there. Bodies and mangled limbs flew by and hot metal shrapnels - OK ENOUGH WITH THE IMAGERY ALREADY!! You get what I mean, it was hectic, the phone kept ringing and things went screwy just when you were really short handed.

On the other hand, found meself to be in a rather "reflective" mood (if you can call it that) regarding this Unit I am heading. Am realising the need to refocus and review the direction this unit is going. Existential questions abound, me feel the need to "realign" the sail since the winds now blows in a different direction. The team needs to reorganise and reinvent itself. And it must starts with me. Myself.

Zits Attack!

If there is a curve to describe zits growth, mine is now riding upward on the upslope. The soliatry zits on my right cheek is now...bigger and juicier. can't really decide on what to do with it so I posted at Blind 8 requesting for some sagely advice on how to get rid of this menace on my face.

I need advise on this problem: I have a pimple the size of New Zealand growing on my right cheek (cheek on the face).

Can anyone advise me as to how to get rid of it without leaving any blemishes/traces/craters/potholes on my face? I know this sound like....vain like that ....but this is my first time having such a big pimple on my face.

Usually I will not care, but it seems that everyone I met began to talk to my pimple instead of me....you know....they look at you but NOT really AT you....

I can't seem to have proper conversation with people anymore, for example, this morning during breakfast, my wifey seemed so distracted that I have to stop talking halfway_

ME: Can you lok at me when I am talking?
WIFE: I AM LOOKING AT YOU
ME: No...you were looking something ON my face...
WIFE: AM NOT
ME: Even now as you are speaking!
WIFE: Okay, ummm..that is one nasty zit you have growing....

All reccommendation / suggestion will be evaluated and tried as soon as humanly possible.

Wonderful folks they are at Blind 8. Suggestions ranging from drink more fluid to cutting it with a knife. Hazelyn mentioned putting toothpaste on it! Wow...not sure about that. Hmmmm...perhaps tomorrow it'll just disappear and go somewhere else.
