Email Peculiarities

EMAIL ISSUE #1

For the umpteenth times (just don't ask me what numeral is an "ump"), Ed would appear at my workstation and;

ED: Boss, I just send you an email.
ME: Uh...ermm....do you always personally inform the person you email to?
ED: No lah...but this one is good....quick open.
ME: And I have to open it now...in front of you.
ED: yah yah quick.

If he could actually WALK OVER to my station and inform me he send me an email, couldn't he just TELL me what it was and save all the clicking and bandwidth? Arrrgh.

EMAIL ISSUE #2

I hate it, with all my heart, when somebody send me an email with the entire content inside the Subject Line.

CC:
Subject: Please don't forget to attend the Cluster Management Meeting tomorrow at 0830 hrs at Level 2 Conference Room and agenda will be emailed to you shortly.

And then the email body / content will be a glaring blank page staring at you, and in your head you know the blank page is actually saying, "Yo stupid, thats all the message there is, its in the Subject line HAHAHA....you don't actually have to open the email HAHAAH gotcha...hahaha".

An Open Letter To the Person Who vandalise My Car Today

This post is addressed to the person who vandalised my car by way of scratching a very big "U" at my pasenger side door today at 0920hrs (Yes, SDU7152R Black Hyundai Matrix parked at Clementi Blk 369)

Hi.

I do not know who you are, but please understand that I am NOT angry. I fact, I feel guilty thinking that you did not have the time to vandalise the entire car instead of JUST ONE SIDE of my car that will cost me some $160. And yes, letting out ALL the air from my rear tyre was a nice touch too.

Please understand that I am not seeking revenge or even money from you to undo the big long scratch you did....REALLY.....I am just hoping to meet you and perhaps we can sip some camomile tea together while we try to figure out how much I should actually PAY YOU for the effort and time taken to do what you did. REALLY!

This is a longshot. I do not expect YOU to read this, as I assume reading itself should be a monumental challenge on your part by virtue of the fact that you are a social retard, but I hope if YOU, who vandalise my car today read this, understand that I am trying to reach out to you in love and friendship.
